Since our Smoked Turkey Thighs are already cooked, the reheating process should be done at a low temperature for a long time so that the meat doesn’t dry out.
Pre-heat the oven to 250 degrees F. Place the thighs on a baking sheet or cooking dish. Make sure there is a space between the thighs to allow for even cooking. Sprinkle with a small amount of water, being careful not to use too much. Cover tightly with foil or the baking-dish lid, and bake in the pre-heated oven for approximately two hours.
Cooking times vary, so test using a digital thermometer. USDA recommends cooking and reheating all poultry to an internal temperature of 165°F.
