We do have processes in our plant that are in place to exclude the gluten products. These processes are monitored by USDA.
The words “Naturally Wood Smoked” define a process by which we hang our products in our smokehouse and allow the meat to absorb smoke from smoldering fires using real hardwood chips. This gives added flavor and color to meat without using artificial smoke flavoring.
We have uncured and cured products available.
At this time, we only can guarantee the products are free-range if the packaging label states that claim.
