JFM Logistics LLC, a subsidiary company of John F. Martin & Sons LLC, is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team and its expanding business operations in the Womelsdorf and Stevens areas.

Essential Functions:
- Perform diagnostic tests for routine maintenance procedures and determine a course of
action for damaged parts and systems. - Repair malfunctioning components, retrofit engines, change brakes, adjust steering systems, replace worn-out parts and change hydraulic fluids.
- Ability to use computerized equipment along with, welding torches, pneumatic wrenches, hydraulic jacks, screwdrivers, pliers, mallets and precision gauges.
- Must be able to test drive trucks before and after repairs, and make road calls as needed.
- Purchasing parts, maintaining records and following JFM Logistics Code of Conduct – Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires high school diploma or equivalent w/two years or more of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of and the ability to safely operate tractor trailer or straight truck equipment. Class 7 inspection license and Class 609 refrigeration license. Preliminary courses in computers, mathematics, electronics and automotive repair are beneficial. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Ability to work extended hours and on-call as business conditions warrant. Must be able to obtain and maintain other applicable certifications, licenses, and permits. Ability to work in extreme weather, noise, and environmental conditions with the ability to lit up to 100 lbs.

Essential Functions:
- Execute daily, weekly and monthly sales plans for the territory.

- Communicate with supervisor on progress and assistance needed.
- Work with customers on advertising and promotion activities including print, online and POS material.

- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities and communicate accordingly.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product.
- Meet with all clients, assisting them in growing their business through JFM products.
- Coordinate liaison between sales department and other JFM departments.
- Work with CSR’s daily to ensure all orders are submitted.
- Review periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and communicates areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Recommend new products to our product research and development team.
