Water, Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.
Pan Fry: Place in unheated skillet and cook over medium heat to desired crispness. Drain on paper towel.
Broil: Preheat broiler. Place separated pieces on broiler rack. Broil 5 inches from heat source. Once the bacon starts to brown, turn the bacon over. Broil to desired crispness.
Microwave: Place pieces between paper towels on a microwaveable dish. Microwave on high power.
2 slices- 1 1/2 minutes, 4 slices – 2 1/2 – 3 minutes, to desired crispness.
