Our John F. Martin beef bacon is a delicious alternative for those looking for a substitute for pork bacon.

Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.
Beef Bacon strips are easily overcooked.
Pan Fry: Cook in a skillet over low heat. Turn frequently, allowing strips to brown evenly.
Bake: Place separated beef bacon slices on a rack in a shallow pan. Bake about 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Microwave: Place strips in a shallow glass container or paper plate. Cover with a paper towel. Cook on HIGH power. 2 Slices: Approximately 1 ½ minutes.
