Grilled Cheese with Bacon, Avocado, Tomato and Ham

Yields1 Serving

 2 slices of 12 grain bread
 2 slices of pepper jack cheese
 2 pieces of John F. Martin bacon, chopped
 2 slices of John F. Martin tavern ham
 1 roma tomato, sliced
 ½ avocado, sliced

Butter the skillet or each outside piece of bread, however, you prefer.


Layer one slice of cheese, bacon, ham, tomato, avocado, one slice of cheese.


Cook over medium- medium-high heat until both sides are browned and cheese is melted.
